Tv has sound no picture but after 20min there is picture

I have a SAMSUNG LN32C540F2DXZA lcd tv that turns on you hear sound but no picture but the weird thing is that after 15-20 minutes the picture appears and is back to normal but when I turn it off and then back on I will have to wait 15-20 again till I see the picture. I did the flashlight test when I was waiting for it to turn on and I see an image so I don’t know if is the main board, tecon, or inverter please help

I got the TV open but I did not see any of the CAP. bulged.

'''Anthony Gonzalez'''  this sounds like a cold solder joint or a failed capacitor on your power board. Let us know what the exact model of your TV is. Remove the back of your TV and look at all the boards for obviously damaged components as well as loose wires etc. Post some images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.

Update (06/24/2018)

Anthony Gonzalez "first turned on the power supply does not have enough power built" not quite. I think what happens is that components heat up and then close a gap like a cold solder joint. As it heats up the gap closes and now the circuit works. I have seen that before with failed capacitors. Always remember that just because a capacitor looks good, it may still have failed. "I see an image so I don’t know if is the main board" means that your mainboard and T-con board are producing what they are intended to do but the backlight is not. That is why I consider the power supply and then the inverter. Going by your measurements, when the backlight is either in the on or off state, leads me to believe that this is a power board issue. I’d be checking diode DM855 and DM854 BTW, great job documenting your measurements.

Here is the schematic for your power board <443A5CBEF7B9ABB0FCB7C35C28C0FAB0A1C7FC294856333248445F3944595CBDC2C0CEBFF820B0FCB7C32E2E2E>

Update (06/25/2018)

Those are Schottky Diodes and they are part of your rectifier circuit. Very simply put they convert AC to DC. Here are the datasheets for both of those. FMEN-210AFMEN-220A Use this information to test them. Consider each on as two diodes. So test left and center pin as one and the right and center pin as the other

So do you think is the power supply? I took it to a tv guy he said it might be the main board but from my understanding is that if you hear sound and if you are able to see the picture with a flash drive the main board and tecon board should be fine that it can be the inverter board but the inverter board works fine after a 10 to 15 min. So you think that when the power is first turned on the power supply does not have enough power built in to turn on the inverter and when it builds enough it turns it on and then the tv works?

I will be adding picture and a description of my findings let me know if there is anything else I need to supply and thanks for your help

Pictures and info should be attached to my old question

Thank you for your response and comment. Now i was able to locate the Diods but to be honest am not good reading or taking those kind of readings what should I do? Also is it ok if I can get some info on what these diods do? Thank u again.

Hi again thanks for all your help. I was able to do what you suggested but again am new at this so I attached something in the coment hope to see if you can take a look and tell me if I did it right and to see if that could be the culprit for what is happening to my Tv.
