Most shop owners protect their vendor sources, especially for screens, like trade secrets :>). It also greatly depends on where you are in the world.

iFixit offers wholesale pricing so you can reach out to them to see if you're eligible. MobileSentrix, Injured Gadgets, Mobile Defenders, eTradeSupply, Revamp, Fixez, eTech Parts are some of the big names in wholesale parts...at least stateside. You will find plenty of people to tell you how much they love or hate any one of these vendors.

Then you can always look towards China directly or via wholesalers like UnionRepair, Rewa, Jack Telecom or via "stores" on Aliexpress.

You will have to try many vendors to see what works for you. For example, I have always had great service from iFixit but shipping and brokerage fees if you're not in the USA can be a killer on smaller orders. You can get stuff cheap from China but it can take a long time to arrive, or be expensive to ship/return.

Finally for screens, by far the most expensive part, you should look at establishing a relationship with a local (or close by) refurbisher. If they provide quality parts, that can be the best solution.

Thanks for the response. I'm asking about iphones in general and only chose the 7 because there is no "general iphone" option.

What I'm really asking is where do these repair shops source their parts from? Surely not ifixit or any similarly expensive competitors. I'm looking to source parts in bulk at a discount.
