Half screen not responding.

iPhone SE fell on stone floor. The screen is not broken, but the half vertical right side is on vertical lines and touch is not working on that side. What can it be?

The first thing to try is a new replacement screen. You can do this yourself by following this guide. While you have the phone open, closely inspect the connectors and flexes to see if there is any damage or tears.

Can it be only the connection of the screen to the board?

It is either a problem with the screen, the connection from the screen to the phone, or the touch IC. Try replacing the screen, then check to see if the logic board connectors are damaged or not. Then check to see if the screen is making proper contact with the phone. The flex cables should make a smooth click noise when pressed in correctly. If these steps don't fix anything, then it is most likely not a problem with the screen, or the connection from the screen to the logic board. It would then most likely be the touch IC. You will need a microsoldering repair
