car stereo not working

the car stereo seems to be working and the sound is not coming and a usb connection it shows error and for aux no sound but the music is playing in the device

What is the year, make and model of the vehicle that the car stereo is in?

Is it the vehicle's stock stereo system or an aftermarket system?

If an aftermarket, what is its' make and model number? Has it worked OK before in the vehicle?
