screw falling out bottom
i replaced my battery - everything went back fine except one of the external screws at the bottom falls out. the other is fine and phone works fine - is this a problem?

Not really. The issue is either caused by the screw hole post from the screen being worn out or missing.
These tend to break off after dropping the phone multiple times.
