Advantium Microwave not working, but diode, cap, & magnetron OK

Hi, I have a GE Advantium SCA2001BSS about 12 yrs old.

The Microwave function stopped working. The upper and lower halogen cooking functions are ok.

I tested the HV diode, the HV Cap, and The Magnetron with a multimeter. All seem OK

Anyone know what next I should I look at?

-Matt

PS: One more clue is that this happened briefly a month or so ago (microwave didn't heat at all) but then it worked the next time I tried it. It's worked fine since then until now.

Hi @mattcall ,

Here’s a link to the circuit diagram for your model oven taken from the service manual

I suggest that you check the switches and sensors connected to the control board to ensure that they are all OK.

Take heed of the note in the manual about disconnecting the power when testing
