No wifi, Bluetooth, or gps after back glass replacement

My iPhone X had a cracked back glass so my buddy offered to fix it for me. I let him and it all looked good at first, but now I have low WiFi signal everywhere I go, no Bluetooth, and my gps is not working.

Any idea on what could’ve happened?

Could it be the new glass blocking the signal?

It's probably more related to damage to the mid-frame as removing the back glass requires a lot of hard physical prying. The antenna's are embedded in the the mid-frame and they may have been damaged during the glass removal.

So if this is the case, what would need to be replaced in order to get everything to work again? Is there a way to replace the mid-frame and would that fix it?

You'd have to find a source for a replacement mid-frame. Before doing that, you should also check to see if all the antennas are connected correctly and not damaged.
