Is my main board going bad?

I have an RCA LED60B55R120Q TV that does not show any picture on the screen. The backlight does light up when I hit the power button, but nothing else. Before this issue, the TV started acting weird where it would turn back on immediately after I turned it off, sometimes several times over. I had initially put this down to an issue with the remote (cheap 3rd party one) but after a few weeks of doing that, it stopped displaying entirely. I've previously replaced the t-con board for a different issue and the TV was working great after that. Between the prior symptoms and the current issue, I'm thinking it's the main controller board causing issues, but wanted to see if anyone had seen something similar or had any other thoughts.
