Laptop does has sound /internet connection issues after each update. W

New laptop, lightly used. Has issues after every update. First two or three were about drivers for sound-headphones and external speakers affected. Last one meant that I could not access the internet. Dell support have been singularly unhelpful. I finally did a factory reset and have it now working. How do folk advise me to proceed in order to avoid future issues? Can I get rid of Microsoft Edge without causing a problem?

Try deleting the drivers entirely for the sound and internet cards then reinstall them this was an issue with a pc i built and this solition helped me. Hope this helps, Good Luck
