iPhone 6 no firmware modem

Hello to all,

I have a problem with this Iphone 6 which remains on Cerco / no service and does not appear fimware modem, imei and imed.

The phone went in contact with liquids and had already been worked (they had tried to remove shield baseband, but they failed).

Initially at recovery it gave me error -1 and could not complete it.

After PM BB replacement, it has completed the restore but I do not have modem firmware - imei - and imeid.

I tested PM BB voltages, all present except ldo6 and ldo7 which gives me 4 volts initially instead of 1.8 v.

I do not understand why the restoration has been completed since I do not have modem firmware and I am present ...

Help !! thank you

The iPhone 6 has a common issue with fractures in this area. If you have replaced BB PMIC (PM8019) and it made a difference, you likely have a fracture somewhere else. The two most common fractures both occur at the BB CPU itself. There's a video here from REWA showing the repair process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icy4qBbk...

I agree, I would reball the BB CPU and while you're at it, create jumpers for U1/V1.
