Spilled tiny bit of coffee

I spilled a tiny bit of coffee (probably less than half an ounce) on my laptop. It’s functioning perfectly fine with no problems whatsoever. I immediately dried it off and turned it over to get all the liquid to come out. will it be fine because it was a small amount and I took care of it right away? The coffee had milk and sugar in it

Answer this question I have this problem too

Just to be safe I would check the areas where you think coffee spilled for corrosion on the motherboard. If you find any spots where corrosion is present then use a toothbrush with isopropyl alcohol and scrub it off.

The 8-bit Guy has a video where he does this with a MacBook but the procedure is the same to clean the corrosion. Follow the respective guide for the removal of your motherboard and then clean it. If you don't feel confident doing a repair like this you could leave it alone as long as the laptop is dry, but I would strongly recommend checking for corrosion.
