iPhone not Recording or playing media

I got a iPhone repair in with the loudspeaker not working after replacing the speaker and charge port its not only not working but I am also not able to record video or voice memos and youtube won't even work.

Any ideas on what could be happening here

I have already tried DFU restore and software repair and none of this has fixed it
