my mac book needs frequent SMC reset and PRAM reset to start up. now i am decided to change mag-safe board. what do you advice me?

Save the money, magsafe board isn't touched at all by Pram or Smc resets. Smc resets power management Ic..Pram resets boot parameters..which of the two works ? What is exactly the problem before you reset all and everything ?
