Does your laptop do anything? Do any lights come on or flicker? Do you hear any noises when you power it on? Does the fan run?

Actually i was there to boot windows 10 but my laptop was not taking it and Everytime it gets shutdown during the installation of windows 10. So there were several problems due to that my laptop shut downs like due to corrupt file and then i restarted automatic repair failed ,then tried to roll back the previous windows 8 but it is not completely starting, i mean the login page is not visible(blank) but the screen and mouse pointer is visible. So i need a reboot with windows 10( not premium) and my left side portion sometimes gets overheated, so it requires the fix too.

Why do you try to install it in the first?

Did your laptop used to work hot before?

You could try to clean the dust and replace your thermal paste. Overheating is the most common issue for laptops when they boot and shut down after a while.

Although in desktops it’s quite easy to clean the dust and re-apply thermal paste, in laptops it’s a bit harder. If you don’t know how to disassemble it, it could become really troublesome.
