i have a notebook and recently the keyboard has a mind of its own i type the letter o and it types the number 6 . the letter l gives me the number 3 . I am not using it for this message. Isee the blue numbers on the key pads how do i turn of that function

Hi!
From what you are saying, it seems that you might have turned on the Num Lock on your keyboard. Look for a "blue" num lock button in the Function Key row and press that button while holding down the Fn key.
Unless you tell us exactly what model your laptop is, this is all I can say to help.

What is the model number of the notebook?
What OS is installed?
Has any liquid been spilled onto the keyboard at all?
Try using a USB keyboard plugged into the notebook until this problem is resolved.
If you have Win 10 installed , check what keyboard layout you are using. To do this press and hold the Windows key and then press the spacebar. If the keyboard you are using is not the desired one keep pressing the spacebar until the desired keyboard is shown (this is of course if you have a choice)
