Your system used a proprietary Apple PCIe-based blade SSD (PCIe 2.0 x4 interface).

Presently OWC & Transcend are the only directly compatible third party SSDs both are PCIe 3.0 x2 drives. Here is a listing for Apples custom Samsung & Toshiba SSD's The Ultimate Guide to Apple’s Proprietary SSDs They have the older PCIe 2.0 x4 drives.

Here's the IFIXIT guide to replace yours: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 SSD Replacement.

Don't forget you'll need to install a fresh copy of OS on the drive. Either using internet recovery or better yet create a bootable OS installer drive (USB thumb drive) following this guide: https://www.macworld.com/article/3204672...
