Replacements Cells within the Battery

My Powerbook battery is dead, it will not receive a charge. I have opened the battery case and there are nine (9) cells within. I would like to buy the replacement cells and do the repair myself. But after contacting several online battery firms, no one can supply the replacement cells.

The individual cells are labeled:

Panasonic 3827 H CGA103450A 3724A06B

Now I know that replacement cells are available because people are still making and selling these batteries - as does ifixit.

So my question is simply, where can I buy these cells?

Thank you

The job is not as straightforward as it seems. Even if you could find new cells, soldering them in will destroy them. Special equipment is needed to attach the connectors without excessive heat. Then there is the matter of special equipment to reset the EEPROM in the battery housing to make the electronic circuits forget the dead battery condition and recognize that the cells are fresh and new. Have it repacked by the professionals.
