Auto detect entering power save mode

My screen automatically enters power save mode and turns black. I have tried all recommendations of turning off computer etc and moving mouse etc

Update (05/28/2018)

It does not turn on when you move the mouse or enter. It remains black after saying it is auto detect and enters sleep mode.

Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi,

What OS is installed in the computer?

How long does it take before the screen turns off?

Does it turn back on again when you move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard?

Hi,

What is the make and model number of the monitor?

How long does it take from when it is on to when it shuts down?

Can you try another monitor and check if it happens to it as well?

What OS (Win 7, 8.1, 10 ) is installed in the desktop, you didn't say?

In Windows, go into Control Panel / Power settings, and make sure that the monitor is set to always stay on. Also, make sure that hibernate and sleep are disabled, so that the computer is always on unless you specifically tell it to turn off.
