I have a 50 mbits download connection but my game is downloading so slow...
My ssd is a wd green is the picture of my steam download

1) WD Green is a slow hard drive not SSD.
2) 50mbits/s doesn't mean the server you are downloading from is just as fast.
3) From your screenshot, the server you are downloading from is running at 4 megabytes/s which is 32mbits/s
It looks like everything is working as expected.
Your game is 18gb in size. Even at 50mbits, it will still take half a day.
