My washing machine wil not turn on Samsung WF511ABW/XAA

I have checked the outlet, the power cord and using non contact voltage, everything lights up. I even bought a new control board. Issue does not seem to be with control board. Perhaps a fuse is blown? I have no idea where the fuse would be on this model or what it looks like.
