Why does my laptop only work when its on charge?
My laptop will only power on when it's attached to the charging cable, and even when it is on it won't charge over 0% even when switched off.

@conorcarmichael start with a new battery. After that re-evaluate and let us know what you got. Without a proper model number, we cannot assist you any further than this at this time.
