HP 7410 printingt with track marks in the feed

Hello,

I have a HP 7410 officejet. When I print a paper, it has track marks from one of the rollers. I tried opening the back and cleaning each roller with alcohol without success. I tried to align the ink cartridge but I got an error message.

Any help is appreciated in saving this printer.
