Blackberry Dtek50 touching by itself after screen replacement

I replaced the screen of a Blackberry Dtek50 and it seems to be gilching out now. The screen touches by itself and it looks like the water damage indicator on the side of the phone was red, but there were no signs of any water damage or any corrosion. I replaced the screen 3 more times and even replaced the power button/headphone jack under someone's suggestion. But it's been weeks now and it's still doing the same thing. Can anyone help me?

I soldered the power button but there's a big chance that I did it wrong. Even though it works fine.
