Screen Vibrancy different after Replacement

I cracked my screen and got it fixed for about $76 by third party. They said there wouldn't be much of a difference. But I've noticed the vibrancy is not what it was previously.

1. Is there way to fix this?

2. I have a 6 month warranty. If I go back & tell them my concern, what could they do besides offer me a "premium" screen upgrade (like the gentleman there mentioned to me)?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

1. Only fix is to replace with a higher quality screen.

2. If they mentioned premium screen upgrade ask if it's a refurbished screen which is IMO the best choice. If it's aftermarket, ask them to install it temporarily and get them to show the screen to you.

Yeah the colours are almost bound to be different when you compare an original screen to an aftermarket screen.

If you want original colours you will need to find someone that sells the refurbished iPhone screens which use the original LCD display.

Otherwise you could look for higher quality aftermarket screens e.g from iFixit, mobile defenders, mobile sentries and injured gadjets.

Thank you for your response!! I have since noticed a white spot on my screen that won't go away, as well as some typing and vibration issues. On the receipt it says that all sales are final. But do you think I could still get them to possibly take this one off and give me back my old screen so that I can go to an Apple certified place?

Apple should still be able to offer you a screen replacement which will be the out of warranty price.

Having a aftermarket screen on there is no problem, though I would like input from other users on iFixit to confirm this.
