How can I retrieve my Keychain Access PW?

MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013

2.0GHz, 2.3GHz, or 2.6GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz) with 6MB shared L3 cache.

Safari keeps demanding I enter PW for Keychain Access. I do not think I ever had one. Have never used Keychain previously. I use 1Password.

Perhaps there is a default PW for Keychain PW?

Your keychain access password is the same as your login password.
