Why my laptop could not be repaired?

One month after buying my HP EliteBook, all of a sudden my screen became black then just shut down permanently.

No one could figure out what is real issue, whether it's the motherboard or power supply.

Moreover, my laptop was not on charge the time it switched off. Please any help?

Answer this question I have this problem too

If you just bought it bring it back to where you bought it to either get your money back or have it repaired under warranty.

In order to do a correct diagnosis, try to connect the laptop to an external screen.

If you can see the Desktop correctly, the problem is the screen or the cable that connects it to the mainboard. If you continue to see nothing, then the issue is mainboard related.
