How about giving this app a try: TG Pro it will allow you to see whats overheating. Paste a screen snapshot of the main app window and paste it here so we can see it too. Adding images to an existing question

Hi Dan,

I have to take the battery out then the system goes to average temperature.

My Mac now works without battery!!!! But for me is better than overheat.

Thanks

I clean my Macbook (same model as yours) by opening it and blowing out the dust, once a year. I use a blower with CO2 cartridge and antistatic brush, always placing the computer on an antistatic mat, with both computer and my wrist attached. I use the Lindy antistatic mat. Keeping the inside clean helps to keep the system cool. If you really want to be thorough you will clean and replace the heatsink paste too.

I did the same, and also I reopen the heatsink and clean the two fan and clean and reapply heatsink compounds, but still overheat till I take the new battery out then works normal but unfortunately without battery.

So the new battery the issue.
