Mute button - mech. support

iPhone dropped, rear case and mute button to replace

BUT

what about the mechanical support to fix the mute button to the rear case ?

where do i find this spare part ?

you can google it .... headphone jack/mute/volume/power flex

try ebay with same search words. The new flex will just need to have the metal stabilisers taken from the old flex,(the new flex should have adhesive strips on it) or you can buy a flex with them already on. I found several on ebay with the metal supports on.. you just need to look...

if you are swapping the flex from old case to new and it still works then you don't need any new parts.

if you have lost the plastic outer switch then it too is available on ebay... search mute button/switch.
