Display not working properly after changing the battery

Hi, so I just changed my iPhone 6 battery and after I reassembled it my display started displaying white vertical lines. The touch screen isn't responsive and my screen starts to go purple after getting to my home screen. I have verified that my cables and connectors are fine. Any help?

That's usually a sign the the connectors aren't seated properly. One thing you can do is take a closer look at the condition of the connectors under magnification. The plastic is quite soft and when you try to snap them in place when incorrectly aligned, the pins can get damaged.

Everything looks fine and I made sure all the connections were plugged and i'm still getting the same affect.

Then you would need to try another screen to see if the problem follows the screen or not, in which case it would be logic board related.
