My tablet froze on a game. It wont shut off or do anything

It froze while playing a game. It won't shut off or anything

Hi,

What is the model number of the tablet?

Have you tried holding the Power button On, until it shuts down?

Check the User guide for the tablet to see if there is a pinhole "reset" button that can be operated for a few seconds, using an opened paperclip etc, to restore the tablet.

If there is one, be sure that you get the correct one and don't mistake the microphone voice inlet hole for the reset hole as you may damage the microphone in the tablet.
