here are the disassembly instructions for your camera DMC-FS15-disassembly.pdf . Page 6 shows the final step to get to the battery door. The battery door is available as a separate part. The Panasonic part number for the door is VYK2Z06 and it is not cheap. I’d try ebay.com or other online places for a replacement. The easiest way to resolve this is to replace the case. The battery door is not an available part (as far as I can tell). See the link below. If this includes the part you need, this will be the easiest for you.
