Why is my touchscreen not working after replacement?

What's with the phone

Touchscreen was working only in the bottom half in Ulefone Power 2.

I replaced LCD display and after the replacement touchscreen isn't working at all.

The phone can be turned on. Sound and power buttons work. Sound also works. Charging works.

What did I do?

During replacement I tried taking off as little as possible. I taked off the SIM slot and then the back cover. Then unscrewed upper part. Disconnected "cables" in the upper part because 2 of them were connected to the display. Warmed the display with dryer. Taked it off. Puted some glue tapes and sticked the new display. Connected the "cables". Puted back the cover and the SIM slot.

So I didn't even touch the battery or the bottom part.

Everything was so simple (apart from taking of the display itself) and I have no idea where I could maked a mistake. I changed 2 displays before without a problem.

I don't know if I screwed up, I buyed breaked display or there was something not working apart from the display.
