Won't charge or turn on
My phone won't charge or turn on. Ive tried hold home volume up and home but hasnt work. What else can i try

Wardy0, Pop the back open and remove the battery for 1 minute then put the battery back in the phone and close it up. Give that a try and please let me know if it helped. Good luck. Thanks, John
