Can this fix my screen?
I have an old iPhone 6s screen that only has responsive touch in certain an areas. I was wondering if I get the glass replaced will it fix the problem?

@omgitzzdlow most likely that it will. Touch disease, where part of the digitizer becomes unresponsive due to board level components, is hopefully confined to the iPhone 6 and Plus. I would advise against a glass only repair. It is more difficult and if not done correctly will lead to higher cost. I suggest you replace the complete display assembly.
