Why no water come out from brew head of my Simonelli Musica?

My Simonelli Musica coffee machine was not in use for ~ 6 months. Now there's only hot steam coming out, no water. We tried replacing the pump but only a little bit of water came out. Everything looks intact, no leaking anywhere. Would appreciate some help, thanks in advance
