I have an Elgato HD S.

It requires a USB 3.0 connection to a pc.
I have a windows pc that doesn't have USB 3.0.
Is it possible to solve this problem by buying some sort of adapter?
Maybe a USB 3.0 to usb 2.0 adapter?
Do they exist?
Would it work?
Please explain in detail and write a link to the specific part.
Of course I would like to buy a $20 adapter instead of buying a new gaming pc.

If you had a laptop it would be difficult to do.
If you have a desktop with an open PCI-E slot, you can buy this type of card.
