voice comes on and describes the scene
I am watching NCIS and when no one is speaking a voice comes on talking like they are reading a script. how can I fix this?

mauerhanb you did not tell us what model your TV is. What you are hearing is most likely the Descriptive Video Service (DVS) available for the blind or visually impaired. Your model Sanyo may require you to select the SAP channel in order to receive the DVS. Check your TV remote for something labeled SAP, MTS, Audio 2, or Audio B. If you cannot find it on your remote it will be part of your on-screen menu. Un-selecting the SAP channel should eliminate the DVS option.
