Why do I have a sound of a super fast turn signal?

As soon as I start the car this sound of the speeding turn signal starts. When I use the signal there is only the normal sound. As I drive the sound will stop and go. Thanks for the answer if there is one.

Options

Check your bulbs--when I've had similar sounds I always found a defective turn signal bulb. Another possibility would be the signal device itself.
