My washing machine leaves clothes soaked and with soap

Hello,

I have been having some issues with my General Electric washing machine Model #: GTWN3000M0WS and Serial #: FV139785G it does not properly spin and leaves clothes wet and soap on it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi,

Seems like you have a few problems.

1. With soap left on:

Have you tried different wash cycles?

Does it fill to the correct level when in rinse mode?

Is the rinse time long enough?

How much detergent are you using? ( use the washing machine manufacturer's recommendations and not the detergent makers - they only want to sell product).

2. With still wet after spin:

Does it pump out OK before starting the spin cycle or is it sluggish?

Have you tried different spin speeds to check it is only a problem with one spin speed setting?
