Help! Black Screen/Dead Phone

iPhone 6s was dropped from pocket height and turned black. It just died completely... I replaced the battery but when I took out the original, I broke the vibrate/silent ribbon cable. Nothing hapened so I assumed i got a faulty battery. Replaced it a second time and still nothing! I even got a new screen!!

At this point im stressed. I bought a usb mutli meter and the phone shows no power. so that made me think there is something wrong with the charging port, but how when the phone was dropped from 2ft. maybe a logic borad short?

This may sound stupid but if the vibrate ribbon was broken, would that affect the power button too? It cant be because when I plug the charger in, the apple logo doesnt appear. so then something must be wrong with the charging port?..... you see where im getting at here? endless cylce of possibilities. (major facepalm) wtheck

i would say its more logic board issue as even replacement batteries usually have enough power to boot. the charging port will have nothing to do with it and as for the vib/volume flex i dont think it would cause no power/no image
