Tem.error Temperature is too high,the battery cannot be charged.

I got this message when I try to charge my Oppo FS1 phone.

I thought the battery is the problem and I did replece the battery with the brand new battery but the problem is the same: Tem.error Temperature is too high,the battery cannot be charged.

Anyone can help me and tell me what should be the problem. Thank you.
