Does anyone now where I can buy a thunderbolt port to replace the broken one with? To be clear it’s the connection in the box that’s broken, not the thunderbolt wire that connects to it.

Based on the link you provided, it appears the UltraStudio Mini Recorder uses a Thunderbolt 1/2 connection, which uses a MiniDisplay port connector (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunderbol...)).
