My screen is black but phone working from what I hear

I have a ZTE Z798BL. The phone is about a month old and for no apparent reason, the screen weny black. I still have vibration and hear it doing it's tasks and the red light is on sometimes, but can't do anything without the screen coming on. I try button combinations and get the vibrations and even the powering up sounds. Please help!

If you have the required tools, could you try opening it up (carefully) and see if there's no problem with the Display Connector?
