Restart loop after my home button broke

Unfortunately my lil' kid broke the home button, right after the device just fell in restart loop

I've tried to restore/update it using itunes, shows the progress bar until it completes successfully, but after the restart it's the same restart loop

any help will be appreciated

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

iPhone 7 will either get stuck in a boot loop or take a very long time to boot on apple logo.

Thanks for reply @benjamen50 but do you mean that should be the case when the home button gets broken ?

With broken home buttons I seem them just take a long time to boot up like a few minutes. The button itself may heat up a lot if it's cracked.

so i must fix the flex to boot normally and get out of the restart loop ? no other workaround to avoid changing it ?

You can't replace the home button on iPhone 7's they don't work as they have to be programmed by apple to pair with the phone.

Only parts that are replaceable is the chip on the flex.
