My ps4 is chrashing all the time(not hdd)

I've recenlty bought a ps4 used but it started chrashing radomly in games. I thought i might be a software issue but even after all that it keeps chrashing(even while reinstalling the OS)

Here you can see how the ps4 chrashes even while there's no hdd in it.
I would like to see if other people have been in this situation or what part of the ps4 do you think is failing(I think its the PSU)
