My remote won’t pair?

I’ve had it for a year n worked perfectly fine just till the other day the remote just stopped working. Well I think that’s what it is? It turns on & off n goes to the menu screen like normal but when I push button on remote it don’t do anything. The lights on remote still light up. I tried holding down volume buttons to pair again n the light blinks but nothing happens. I was also wondering is there a way to reset it to factory w/o using the remote & maybe that will show me if it’s really the remote or the projector? Please help me figure out something. I use it every single day! Thnx
