Nexus one microphone probleme

i Have change my screen of my htc nexus one but when i put the p-hone on, the microphone doesn't work. all work perfectly but nobody can ear me. Anyone know the solution ?

From what I can see in the teardown the board goes nowhere near the mouth. It sounds like you have not installed the rubber microphone channel properly. For a better idea of how it should be read here.
