Can’t turn on Bluetooth/ Airdrop on iPhone 6s

he Bluetooth on my iPhone 6s ( iOS 11.2.6) has stopped working. When I attempt to turn it on in Settings - Bluetooth, it appears to be stuck on a spinning gear. Underneath it says: " AirDrop, Airplay and location services require Bluetooth". I've tried turning on Airdrop from the Control Center, but I'm also unable to switch it to other than "Receiving Off".

I've tried restarting, and hard resetting the iPhone, but nothing has worked.

Any recommendations?

Edit: updated to 11.3 , but still the problem persists.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Thank you for your answer! No, this phone in particular has never been opened. Any idea which part could be the culprit?

I would suggest you to visit your local Apple store and give it to them to have a look at it. Usually apple products stucks with loading functions when there is hardware malfunctions/faulty . I got my device replaced twice when wifi couldn't strat up. . But in other case, only option you have left is back up your iphone and fully restore it with help of itunes

I have already restored my iPhone through iTunes. The warranty has long expired.
