startup screen goes to signin or enter password. then black screen

dell ispirion c55-b monitor computer startup goes to put in password dont have password. then screen goes black and it shuts down.

need to boot system and bipass password. on a toshiba laptop . and i dont have the password then screen goes black and it shuts down
