How do I transfer my songs FROM iPod to itunes

I can not transfer the current songs that are on my ipod into my itunes (newer computer from when ipod was originally purchased). I have clicked on the Manually manage music and videos, but it still won't let me click and drag from the ipod into itunes. HELP

i believe that since your iPod is connected to your old computer, i don't think the new one will transfer because apple is so funny. once to connect and transfer with one computer it sticks. so u have to get ur old computer back to that . hope my answer helps

Use iFunbox. You can access the raw file system of the iPod to grab the songs you want.

There are quite a few ways to go about it. I have a PC, and Media Monkey is by far the best tool for the job. Just select your device from the list, then select which songs you want transferred, and simply drag them from Media Monkey over to the iTunes window. (I haven't used it in a while since I got Spotify so the directions may have changed, but it should pop up right away on Google if you search it). This is by far the easiest method I've used since it uses a graphical interface and organizes the media by song/artist/genre/etc. ,versus raw the raw filesystem, which can be a mess.
